We kindly invite you to submit your abstracts for our 1st PhDs in Transitions Conference: Sustainable Transitions: Methodologies, Geographies and Public Service Reform, which will take place on April 28th and 29th at the University of Greenwich, London. The conference is the first formal gathering of our network and aims to create an engagement and discussion space for PhDs and early career researchers interested in sustainable transitions and transformations.
On the first day of the conference, senior academics working on different aspects of Sustainable Transitions will deliver a series of keynotes, panel discussions and workshops. The speakers include Professor Tim Foxon (University of Sussex), Professor Audley Genus (University of Kingston), Dr. Petros Ieromonachou, Dr. Anne-Marie Coles and Dr. Athena Piterou (University of Greenwich).
On the second day, participants will have the opportunity to present their findings and work in progress, in each of the four thematic streams. Experienced discussants will chair the sessions, providing participants with theoretical, methodological and practical feedback, in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
Please submit your abstracts by February 7th to firstname.lastname@example.org The submission should include a 350–word abstract and a short biography of no more than 250 words. More detailed information about the thematic streams can be found in the attached pdf.
