NEST Conference 2021 – Sofia, Bulgaria – April 8-9

SUSTAINABILITY TRANSITION PATHWAYS

Welcome to the 6th NEST Conference! We are happy to have so many early career scholars joining us, and we’re looking forward to a lot of inspiration, (re)connecting and thought provoking discussions. When you’re sharing preparations, insights or conference impressions on Twitter, please use the hashtag #NEST2021.

Virtual venue
We are using Gather for our online conference due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. We welcome all participants to acquaint themselves with Gather on Wednesday 7 April. The organizing committee will be all day in the virtual conference venue to show you around. Only registered participants will be able to join the conference and the login details will be communicated to participants via e-mail.

Public keynotes
We are happy to announce that we will stream for a wider audience the keynotes of Dr. Ralitsa Hiteva (University of Sussex) and Prof. Dr. James Meadowcroft (Carleton University) – please join us via https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCubApFtD3L1lbu4g9VvKWJw

Note: The time zone of the conference is Eastern European Summer Time (UTC+3)

If you have any questions regarding this years’conference, please send us an email at transitions.nest@gmail.com
